RO/DI Systems
Reverse osmosis + deionization for high-TDS water. Protect your resin and produce pure water at scale.

RO/DI Pure Water Systems
RO/DI systems combine reverse osmosis membrane filtration with deionization resin to produce consistently pure water — even from the hardest tap water. For window cleaners working in high-TDS water regions, an RO/DI system is the most cost-effective long-term solution, dramatically reducing resin consumption and keeping running costs low.
How RO/DI Works
Water first passes through a carbon/sediment filter to remove chlorine and then a reverse osmosis membrane that removes 90–98% of dissolved solids. The pre-filtered water then flows through a DI resin tank for final polishing to 0 TDS. Because the RO membrane handles the heavy lifting, your DI resin lasts many times longer than in a DI-only setup.
Why Choose an RO/DI System?
- Best for high-TDS water — essential for operators in areas with hard water above 200–300 ppm
- Dramatically longer resin life — RO pre-filtration reduces the mineral load hitting your DI resin by 90%+
- Lower long-term running costs — resin replacement costs drop substantially, making RO/DI more economical over time
- Consistent output quality — reliable 0 TDS output regardless of seasonal water hardness changes
Is RO/DI Right for You?
If your local water TDS is consistently above 200 ppm, an RO/DI system will pay for itself quickly versus a DI-only approach. Check your water quality report or test with a TDS meter — if your tap water is over 200 ppm, RO/DI is almost always the smarter investment.
